Our past Board of Directors accepted their positions with many challenges ahead of them and I believe they all, in their own way, worked very hard to make this Association succeed. I feel we owe a debt of gratitude to all of them even if we may not have agreed with everything they did. They stepped up to the plate! I am very encouraged about the future of the TLBAA. Yes, we are in a challenging ecomonic time. We all know this from our own businesses and jobs. But we have a great Board of Directors this next year. I am thrilled to see Maurice Ladnier come on board as Chairman. The other officers are all well qualified and I know will work hard for our Association. I would encourage every member of this Association to challenge themselves to do something to help build a stronger organization. Volunteer, advertise, work with an Affiliate, promote the cattle, come up with creative ideas and pass them on to your representative. We have it in our hands to move the TLBAA forward in a positive manner. Let's get to work! The TLBAA has been through a difficult two year period.
