Dr. Dameron, Thank you for sending the financial reports. I have reviewed them. The first thing that I noticed is that this report is an unaudited-For management Purposes Only report. I notice several things that I question. I have made several phone calls and got the answers to those questions. The loss that you speak of has been reviewed and some oversights in posting were corrected. There still is a loss but only a 1/3 of the amount listed on the report you provided. Times are tough and TLBAA has been through many ups and downs in the past 18 months. I am still investigating this matter. But by all indications the TLBAA is solvent and the bills have been paid. I will keep everyone updated as to what I find out as I continue to review the financials and speak with the current treasurer, who has only been on the job for about 12 days. I will be speaking with him in a week or two. Once again Thanks for send me the information.

Dr. Dameron, Thank you for sharing the reason that you resigned from the board. Do you have proof about what you claim. If so I would like to see that proof so that I can investigate it for myself. Thank You.

Russell, I resigned because I was unable to bring fiscal responsibility to the board. Most months we spent at least 10,000 more than we brought into the TLBAA. Unfortunately, a cash flow crisis is at hand, with no end in sight to stop it other than "borrow" from the Foundation, with no way to pay it back. This is not a sound way to do business.I felt that I did not want to be a part of depleting the Foundation. I wish you good luck in your endevers. Zech Dameron III
